.Operating Principle:
a. Intake Stroke: Open the intake valve and close the exhaust valve. The piston moves from the top dead center to bottom dead center, the fuel-air mixture enters the cylinder through the intake pipe.
b. Shut off exhaust and intake valves during the compression stroke. The fuel-air mixture was compressed in the cylinder as the piston moved from bottom dead center to top dead center, quickly raising the temperature.
c. Power Stroke: When the piston reaches the top dead center, the spark plug ignites (indicated by a light bulb illuminating). The fuel-air mixture is ignited and rapidly expands, pushing the piston downward to the bottom dead center. At the same time, the crankshaft outputs power.
d. Exhaust Stroke: Due to the inertia of the rotating mechanism, the crankshaft passes through the bottom dead center, causing the piston to move upwards. At the same time, the exhaust valve opens and exhaust gas is expelled from the exhaust pipe. Once the exhaust stroke is complete, the exhaust valve closes, and the intake valve opens. The piston moves downwards to start a new intake stroke, beginning the next cycle.
